This platform is pretty special because it's the largest platform I have shipped to date. It spans 8 foot wide and 10 foot long. I shipped it in many pieces all stacked together on a pallet. When I first started shipping platforms I wanted to figure out a way to cut each layer of plywood. It's ridiculous to try to ship a 4x8 sheet of plywood, so I would cut the first layer in the center and cut the second layer to match up with the center insert and rubber on the sides. This made it so that the cuts would overlap during assembly and the platform would hold itself together and not separate with very heavy deadlifts and such. So far I have had much success with assembling the platforms in this way, but I continue to improvise and improve in areas where I can.
